Terms

These terms apply between you and your name or company ("we") when you use makeitfold.

The service

You upload photos of your pet; we turn them into a printable paper model. The free pet includes the basic model; Pro adds extras, more pets a day and priority. The sides and back of a pet are drawn by an image model from your photo: they are a likeness, not a record.

Your photos and your models

Upload only photos you are allowed to use. They stay yours. We use them only to make your models. The templates are for your personal, non-commercial use change this if you allow selling the printed models.

Pro, prices and payment

Prices are shown before you pay and include VAT where it applies. Payment is handled by Stripe. A subscription renews until you cancel it (Account → Manage subscription); it then runs to the end of the paid period.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you can normally withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. Pro is digital content that starts at once: at checkout you ask us to start right away and confirm that your right of withdrawal ends when we do. Add your withdrawal policy and model withdrawal form here - have this page checked by a lawyer or a generator such as IT-Recht Kanzlei / Händlerbund

Fair use

Each account can make a limited number of pets a day. Don't upload photos of people, anything illegal, or try to break the service.

Availability and liability

We do our best, but the service can be slow or offline at times (models are made on a single machine). Liability clause for your jurisdiction

Law

Governing law, e.g. German law; mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence still applies
