Privacy
Who is responsible: your name and address, as in the imprint - contact e-mail.
What we keep, and why
- Account: your e-mail address and, if you sign in with Google, Apple or Microsoft, the name and ID they send us. Needed to give you an account (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Your pets: the photos you upload and the paper models made from them. Kept until you delete them or your account. Needed to provide the service (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We keep the Stripe customer ID, what you bought and when; never your card. Invoices are kept as long as tax law requires (Art. 6(1)(c)).
- Technical logs: IP address, time and request, for how many days, e.g. 14 days, to keep the service safe and working (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Cookies: only the ones needed to keep you signed in. No tracking, no ads.
